We employed the services of H&OB recently to convert our loft and from the first meeting to the last visit from Stuart & his team, we had absolutely no complaints at all. All of the contractors who completed the work were courteous and mindful of the fact we were living in the property while the work was carried out, always sweeping up and leaving our house tidy when they left.

The quality of workmanship was excellent, everything was finished to a good standard and we’ve had no issues since work was completed. I’ve recommended H&OB to several friends as I’ve got every confidence they can and will deliver!

I approached H&OB Building Ltd to help with a volunteer run project called the Barrowers. We are building an allotment on the school premises for the children of a mainstream and a special educational needs school. H&O’B Building Ltd have helped us clear and level the area, prepare for and build a beautiful Cotswold stone retaining wall and are bespoke building a large potting shed/outdoor classroom space.

The whole team have contributed to the project, working in their own time, and have been professional and courteous throughout.

To be able to work on the school premises H&OB Building Ltd had to provide detailed risk assessments and safety management paperwork and the Head teacher was so impressed with their commitment and attention to detail.

We are currently in the middle of a building project with H & OB building and I have to say it’s proving to be a very unstressful and exciting project. They have come up with imaginative ideas and really helped me see the potential in our space.

We have had the internal layout upstairs altered creating 4 out of 3 bedrooms which has really changed the dynamic of our house for the better as well as revamping two bathrooms and are now working on an extension for us.

They have kept me up to speed on what is happening at each stage of the project as well as the costs ensuring we sign off every stage which has worked very well for me.

H & OB Building have worked at our house on a couple of different projects.

Our pride and joy is now our rear garden which H & OB helped to design and plan. It has transformed the space which was previously overgrown and not used frequently.
